I have been part of the therapeutic world for the past two decades, but even prior to that my interest has been the human experience and the complexities of the human mind.
In the past I have worked with younger children, adolescents and their families.
I worked with a variety of mental health issues, from everyday struggles to the severe difficulties requiring hospitalisation.
In recent years, I focused on working with adults; in one on one, long term setting, which I found has allowed for a deep, meaningful processes to take place.
My move from practising psychology to psychotherapy has allowed me to move from trying to understand the human experience, to sharing the experience with another human.
I feel very privileged to walk alongside my patients on their way to becoming themselves.
